PhD scholarship "Environmental History of the Alpine Area" - 39th cycle
For the 39th cycle of the PhD programme in Cultural Heritage and Historical-Artistic, Audiovisual and Multimedia Production at the University of Turin, ISIG is co-funding a PhD scholarship dedicated to the study of the environmental history of the Alpine area between the early modern and contemporary eras.
The selected candidate must spend at least 18 months at the Italian-German Historical Institute of the Bruno Kessler Foundation.
Preference will be given to research projects dealing with the study of the relationship between nature and society, with a focus on the Alpine area, conceived in a broad sense and in a comparative perspective.
