I film di famiglia sono un materiale denso, talvolta inatteso: nell’intreccio delle sequenze domestiche riaffiorano rimossi, ferite, ma anche fremiti di cambiamento. In questo panorama si collocano i lavori di alcune registe che, spesso a partire da storie personali e riprese del capofamiglia, ricostruiscono vissuti universali. Un percorso che mette in relazione grandi nomi della letteratura e registe emergenti lungo le tracce dell’emancipazione femminile.
